The Historic Dockyard in Chatham<\/a> is a fantastic attraction for a number of different people. There are\u00a0 experiences suitable for adults and children alike. Educational tours are offered with tours of the Ships, HMS Cavalier and HMS Gannet and The Submarine, HM Ocelot.<\/p>\n There\u2019s the opportunity to learn the ropes in the Victorian Ropery and visit the Steam Steal Works and RNLI Historic Life Boat Collection.<\/p>\n For TV and Film lovers there\u2019s the chance to have a gander around some of the iconic spaces used as sets in a number of films and TV programmes, including Les Mis, Sherlock Holmes and the Call the Midwife<\/a> (for which there are specific tours).<\/p>\n Ghost walks around the site, including a visit to the Commissioners house are not for the faint hearted! The Eerie Evenings<\/a> give you a chance to explore the historic Dockyard at night and test your beliefs in ghosts.<\/p>\n For those who adore art and galleries the Dockyard will have loads to offer you, from art classes to a brand new digital theatre gallery.<\/p>\n Regular events coming in the near future include Car Club<\/a> visits and Railway Weekends<\/a>.<\/p>\n
