Here are some of the theatres that you can find in the Medway towns:<\/p>\n<h2>The Central Theatre<\/h2>\n<p>This is located on Chatham High Street and is the biggest and most commercial of the theatres in the area. There are often performances here that are on a nationwide tour so you can often find household names performing here from the worlds of comedy, music and drama. The best place to find tickets to shows here is the <a href=\"http:\/\/tickets.medway.gov.uk\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Medway Tickets Live website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>The Brook Theatre<\/h2>\n<p>This is based near Chatham Bus Station in what was formerly Chatham Town Hall and houses four creative companies as well as Medway Council&#8217;s Arts team. In this arts centre you can find arts workshops, dance classes and art galleries. There is a 400 seat auditorium which houses music evenings, community productions and professional theatre productions. You can also book tickets for productions here on <a href=\"http:\/\/tickets.medway.gov.uk\/thebrooktheatre.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Medway Tickets Live<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Medway Little Theatre<\/h2>\n<p>This is located on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goingoninmedway.co.uk\/rochester-high-street\/\">Rochester High Street<\/a> which is just off the main part of the High Street towards <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goingoninmedway.co.uk\/chatham\/\">Chatham<\/a>. It&#8217;s also relatively close to the new train station if you are travelling there by train. They have over 400 productions behind them and are a highly regarded theatre in the local area. It began life in 1958 and is still going strong today.
